Returns and Exchanges Policy

Since all our products are custom-made to order, they cannot be restocked. As a result, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once your order has entered production.

If you request a cancellation after receiving a design mockup, a $10 cancellation fee per design will be charged to cover the design work already completed.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Situations
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after production begins for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders (wrong quantity, design, or variant selected)
  • Requests for different designs, products, or sizes
  • Items not meeting personal expectations
  • Unwanted items

Exceptions
We only accept returns or replacements for products that are defective or damaged during manufacturing.

If your product is damaged or defective:

  1. Email us with the subject line "Return: Damage or Defective Item" and include your order number.
  2. Attach a clear photograph of the issue for review.
  3. Once approved, we will replace your item at no cost.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Contact your local post office or courier first. We will do our best to assist with such issues.
  • Damage or defect claims must be made within 5 business days of receiving your item.
  • Manufacturing defect claims must be submitted within 21 days of delivery.

Important Policies

  • All sales are final.
  • Cancellation or modification is not guaranteed after final design approval.
  • A $10 cancellation fee applies if a design mockup was provided.
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds apply for items purchased with coupons unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • If an order contains multiple items, only the defective item will be refunded or replaced.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information, recipient unavailability, or issues confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
