We’re excited to offer FREE standard shipping to the USA on all orders.

Order and Shipping Information

Order Fulfillment Time

• Custom Design Creation: 2 to 3 business days (may vary depending on demand).
• You’ll have 48 to 72 hours to review and respond to design proofs. If we don’t hear back within this timeframe, we’ll proceed with production as-is.
• Production and Printing: 4 to 7 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).

Shipping Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number (if applicable).

Important Notes

• We are not liable for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unavailability of the recipient, or security issues confirmed by the carrier. These situations are ineligible for refunds or returns.
• Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

• FREE standard shipping.
• Products ship via USPS or UPS, depending on order size.
• Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days (carrier-dependent).

Canada

• FREE shipping for Canvases, Art Prints, and Framed Prints.
• $6 flat shipping fee for all other items.*
• Shipping time: 5 to 14 business days.
• Additional delivery fee for Fruit and Bone Pattern Socks: $9.50.
  *Example: A phone case, mug, and socks would cost $6 for the phone case and mug plus $9.50 for the socks.

Europe

• FREE shipping for Canvases, Art Prints, and Framed Prints.
• $6 flat shipping fee for all other items.*
• Shipping time: 5 to 14 business days.
• Additional delivery fee for Fruit and Bone Pattern Socks: $13.50.

Australia and New Zealand

• FREE shipping for Canvases, Art Prints, and Framed Prints.
• $6 flat shipping fee for all other items.*
• Shipping time: 8 to 21 business days.
• Additional delivery fee for Fruit and Bone Pattern Socks: $13.50.

Rest of the World

• $8 shipping for Canvases, Art Prints, and Framed Prints.
• $16 flat shipping fee for all other items.*
• Shipping time: 10 to 21 business days.
• Additional delivery fee for Fruit and Bone Pattern Socks: $13.50.
